Senior Advertising Designer

Responsibilities
Integrating marketing and communication strategies for mobile game products, including design, organization and promotion.
Leading teams to complete projects; controlling projects and coordinating resources to generate brand strategy, marketing strategy, media strategy and public relationship strategy; developing and implementing project strategies; monitoring project data, completing statistics, analysis and reporting.
Responsible for game promotional strategy and advertisement creativity, including online and off-line media banners, game promotional designs, and marketing campaign for overseas’ users.
Responsible for team guidance and training, recruitment, encouragement and improving team professional skills and abilities.

Requirements
3+ years media or agent company advertisement design/strategy working experience; preference for 4A company creativity designers.
Rich project planning and execution working experience; accurate analysis, judgement and controlling for marketing operation.
Full of ideas; capable of good strategy, creativity, EN-CH writing and planning ability; high level of beauty appreciation, insight, data analysis, resource integration ability.
Understanding different culture especially American and European culture and fashion trends; being familiar with global players’ habits; preference is for those who understand the mobile game industry.
Works carefully; being able to adapt to high-intensity pressure; good communication skills and team spirit.
Relevant experiences or creative ideas for online and offline integrated marketing; preference for those with successful creative cases.
Good team inspiring ability; good coordination ability and integrated management skills.
